Our brains navigate our bodies through space based on the feedback it gets through multiple different systems in our bodies! Therefore lack of feedback will always mean increased tension;
An area in our bodies where feedback is missing, will create hesitation whether that area is safe to be loaded and therefore our brains make the decision to either limit access to that area or to increase tension in the surrounding muscles.

I created this course, because adding foot mobility work can have such profound effects on everything above! 

Foot mobility work can be tough to get started with as most information provided is very information heavy. So eventhough I do love the idea that everyone would like to know absolutely every single detail about how their feet work, I think it most often works the other way around:

Once you get started and actually FEEL the change it makes to the way your body moves, it then may spark the curiosity to learn more! 

And that's exactly what this course is about: about learning the very basics of foot mobility in a very practical way and learning how that connects with how you are able to load the hips above. You may never actually need to dig in any deeper than that as I ensure you: You have never felt your feet working quite as much as you will here and that will have a carry over to anything else you do with your body!
