I created this course, because adding foot mobility work can have such profound effects on everything above!

Foot mobility work can be tough to get started with as most information provided is very information heavy. So eventhough I do love the idea that everyone would like to know absolutely every single detail about how their feet work, I think it most often works the other way around:

Once you get started and actually FEEL the change it makes to the way your body moves, it then may spark the curiosity to learn more!

And that's exactly what this course is about: about learning the very basics of foot mobility in a very practical way and learning how that connects with how you are able to load the glutes above. You may never actually need to dig in any deeper than that as I ensure you: You have never felt your glutes like that before! Or then it may spark an interest in you to continue exploring things further!

This mini course will help you;


1) Gain more understanding towards your body; how your lower limbs were designed to move with the feet and hips working seemlessly together

2) Learn ways to train your glutes in a way that doesn't just increase tension and tighteness, but instead helps you decrease tension while also building more strength
