RE-STORE
You will only ever move there where your brains perceive it is safe to move. So the first step in improving your mobility is by accessing a state in which your brains perceive it safe to let your guards down and relax. That will help you reduce overall tension and free up more movement!
RE-TRAIN
Once you have access to more movement, the next step is to learn how to move within those newly found ranges! The way we have been moving for a long period of a time has become our new norm. So if you want your body to learn something else, you have to teach it how!
RE-GAIN
Once you have done the base work, only the sky will be your limit! The benefit of restoring back ranges of motion which you may have lost somewhere along the way, isn't just becoming more mobile, but instead having more options available for where you can move into and movements which you can make stronger!

Mobility is probably the most over looked part of training and I believe it is because people fail to see any results from it. And yes, unfortunately that is also very much true. The traditional methods of stretching, foam rolling and random mobility exercises lack a key ingredient; Strength training.
So the main difference between the concepts that you may have already come across and this concept is the aspect that we don't just expand ranges of motion, but we also want to strengthen them and make sure we can control them.
This allows you to have very long lasting results and results that you will feel immediately also in your sports! So jump on board if you want to reduce aches and pains and reach the goals that you have because you deserve them :)

For whom are the classes for?
For everybody from beginners to advanced athletes who want to gain and maintain a healthy and pain free body and work towards their sport goals without making sacrifices on their health.
We are working on making you better at moving your own body and everything is scalable to your own level.
For Whom are the classes not for?
The classes are not about yoga or acrobatics. We are not building towards any extreme ranges eventhough you can definately use the same principles for that if that's what you want to do.
But rather than looking at the outcome f.ex any specific movements, our focus is on the movements that should be present in your body. So rather than working on splits or Bridges, we are working on creating joints that can perform any movements you want in a healthy way.
